An independent film and video production studio based in Denver, Colorado that specializes in cinematic short form content. Deep Field Cinema was founded in 2014 by filmmaker Tim Sparks and artist Chrissy Sparks. Working with a network of talented collaborators, we craft films that merge artistry, story, and cinema.

Tim Sparks is a filmmaker and editor with over 15 years of experience in independent film and commercial production. He has recently collaborated with Tabú Productions as an assistant editor on projects for Motorola, Old Navy, Veuve Clicquot, Sam Smith, and Flamingo Estate.

Chrissy Sparks is an artist and educator with over two decades of experience. She has also worked as a producer throughout Deep Field Cinema’s journey, bringing both creative perspective and hands-on production support to every project.
