Shortdocs. Powerful Inspiration.

Recently I just finished up a shortdoc called "LastLeaf: a career based on mistakes." Sometimes this can be my favorite type of project. Often these can be called "Shortdocs" and for obvious reasons. Its a documentary and its really short, this one finishing up under 3.5 minutes. Here it is. Check it out.

This is one of the best things about the internet. If you look around Youtube or Vimeo you can find a nearly unlimited amount of inspiration. Just enough to get you to the edge of your seat.

Here is something for you to do. Get on your preferred video site. Look up some shortdocs about your passion, watch them and post it below. As your watching try and think of the many excuses there are to not follow your passion and think about what you can do to move past them.

"Summer Feelings" has to be one of the mose beautiful and arresting videos I have ever seen. This has inspired me to believe that we are all capable of greatness but we have to reach out and grab it. The imagery by Sebastien Montaz-Rosset is supurb and something I can aspire too.
