The 24 Hour Film Race - A crucible for filmmaking.

Later today we'll have a team competing in the 24 Hour Film Race which begins at 10pm EDT or 8pm MST for all of you mountain timers. If you haven't heard of these the goal is to make a film in 24 hours. This competition has a maximum time length for the film of 3 min and 30 sec. The deadline for entrants is 8pm EDT.

I have competed in two other 24 hour film festivals in Pueblo, CO. These can be a lot of fun

Multimedia Theatre. A New Experience.

Have you ever been to a Cirque du Soleil show? If you have you probably have a new standard for live productions. After seeing "O" and "KÀ" I know that I do. The shows are comprised of live projection mapping, a live orchestra, pyrotechnics, physical prowress, amazing stage engineering, and lots more. They combine all of these things to create an experience unlike anything else on the planet.

Last year I was asked by Burlesque and Multimedia Theatre producer Harley Westerholt to create 4 video segments in a similar production called "Lestrange Theater: Soft Asylum." From the very beginning Harley came to me with the story and asked if we could do it. I was ecstatic.
